Golden Pancakes Recipe

TOOLS
- Large mixing bowl
- Large measuring cup
- Non-stick pan or griddle
- Spatula
- Small paintbrush
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup of milk
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- LIMITED EDITION D' Or Gateau Kit

- Calamine Pink Easy Candy™
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PANCAKES
1. COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl.
2. COMBINE WET INGREDIENTS
In a large measuring cup, combine the egg, milk, and melted butter.
3. MIX WET + DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, gently folding them together until well combined, but still a little lumpy. Do not over mix or else your pancakes will not be fluffy.
4. BUTTER YOUR PAN
Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium-low heat and melt a little butter to grease it.
5. FORM YOUR PANCAKES
Pour batter onto the pan and let it spread out into a round pancake. Use around 1/4 cup of batter to make each pancake.Allow the pancake to cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges are set, then flip and cook until golden.
NOW, LET'S MAKE THEM FANCY!
1. PREP YOUR EASY CANDY
Warm up Easy Candy in the microwave at 30 second intervals, kneading the pouch by hand in between until fully melted. Takes about 1 minute in total.
2. DRIZZLE EASY CANDY
Once Easy Candy is melted, cut the tip of the pouch and drizzle over pancakes.
2. SPRINKLE & DUST
Sprinkle pancakes with Lucy in the Sky Sugar Blend. Dust a little Fool’s Gold Prism Powder over pancaked with a paintbrush to give them a little sparkle.
